How did you do?
How did you do when you started your lifestyle change?
Did you do it to lose weight, run faster, become more healthy?
I need some tips and inspiration and would like to get some response on this. I have knowledge but not a big support system.And sometimes, most of the time, I feel like I’m going nowhere.
