Which is exactly the point, I keep making to people. A fair few conditions can easily be alleviated, (or cured) , through diet and exercise. The reliance upon a, “Magic Pill” to fix it all, is a dead-end alley!

So I’ve been slacking and need to start over with 30 Day Shred. I’m gonna kick butt in May! Made myself (and you!) this chart to print out to help me stay on track. May has 31 days - that’s 30 workouts and one rest/skip day.

I was acually thinking about doing the 30 day shred in may, i’ll se how it goes with my foot (not fully recoverd). But anyways, awesome chart!
